Beach Clean Up
Employees of Charter House Innovations and CityFlatsHotel combed through Tunnel Park on Monday evening, looking to clean up that Park Township facility on the shores of Lake Michigan. It was part of the "Adopt a Beach" program by the Alliance of the Great Lakes aimed at improving conditions at spots along the Lakeshore.
Volunteers also conducted a complete beach health assessment, inputting the data onto the AGL's online system. CHI operates hotels in both Holland and Grand Rapids that stress sustainability.
